Phoenix I Restoration and Construction, Ltd. has been in business over 50 years as a construction manager, general contractor, and trades contractor. We specialize in historic building restoration, have participated in dozens of Texas Historic Courthouse restorations, and hundreds of other historically significant projects. We provide our expert services to the State Attorney General’s Office, the Texas Historical Commission, engineers, cities, and many well respected architects across the Lone Star State.

We follow the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties as applied by the Texas Historical Commission.
